Cancellation Policy

We know schedules change. This policy keeps things fair for everyone while protecting reserved teaching time.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations

• Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice: no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: the session may be charged in full.
• No-shows: charged in full.

Prepaid packages

Unused sessions in a prepaid package are valid for a defined period from purchase and are transferable between scheduled sessions but are non-refundable once redeemed.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel a session, you'll be offered a reschedule or a full credit/refund for that session.
